Charged, drained, charged again
A power bank label is optimistic, so we ignore it. Every unit is charged and drained twice and the usable capacity is what we publish. Fans run at every speed for an hour, the neck fan is worn for an afternoon before it is called wearable, and each clock is unplugged to see whether the time survives a power cut.
Small things, checked properly
The products we sell are the ones people reach for at the worst moment of the day: a flat battery in an airport, a bedroom at 31 degrees, an alarm that has to work before sunrise.
That is why the range stays narrow. Each item is used here in Athens for at least a week, and anything that needs a long explanation in the description is not bought again.
Orders, delivery and returns
Orders are packed in Athens and processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery inside the United States is estimated at 15 business days after dispatch, with tracking emailed at the moment the parcel is scanned. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the size of the parcel. Unused items can be returned within 30 days, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of arrival, and a parcel that stops moving is traced after 7 days.
