Power Banks covers the magnetic wireless packs and the folding AC-plug chargers. Alarm Clocks holds the mirror-finish LED, the round LCD and the retro bell clock. Cooling Fans is the handheld, neck and desktop fans, and Night Lights & Lamps the planet spheres and plug-in socket lights.
What we check before an item is listed
Power banks are charged and drained twice, and the number on the product page is the capacity that survived the second cycle. Each fan runs at every speed for an hour; the neck fan is worn for a whole afternoon before we describe it as wearable. Clocks are set, unplugged and reset to see whether the time survives a power cut, and every lamp is left on overnight to check that the lowest brightness setting is actually dark enough for a bedside table.
Orders and delivery
Orders are packed in Athens and processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery inside the United States is estimated at 15 business days after dispatch, tracked by email. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the size of the parcel, and there is no free-shipping threshold. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of arrival, and a parcel that stops moving is traced after 7 days.
